• Maintain hygiene and kitchen cleanliness

• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation

• Manage kitchen stock related to Chole Bhature ingredients

• Maintain speed and efficiency during peak hours

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chole Bhature or North Indian breakfast chef

• Expertise in kneading and fermenting dough, frying bhature perfectly

• Knowledge of masalas and traditional chole preparation

• Must be punctual, disciplined, and a team player
