We are looking for a Chef to join our team at Candor Foods Private Limited and prepare delicious meals for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff (If needed). The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹26000.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, create, and produce a variety of chocolate products such as truffles, pralines, bonbons, molded chocolates, and chocolate sculptures.
Manage the entire chocolate-making process, including tempering, molding, enrobing, and decorating.
Develop new chocolate recipes and seasonal product lines in line with market trends and customer preferences.
Monitor inventory and manage ordering of ingredients, molds, and packaging supplies.
Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with food safety regulations.
Collaborate with pastry chefs, bakers, and marketing teams for special events, launches, or themed collections.
Conduct quality checks and taste tests to ensure product consistency and excellence.
Train junior staff or interns on chocolate techniques and safety practices.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Undergraduate / Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Familiarity with cooking techniques (advance & non-traditional), recipes, and sanitation regulations are ideal for the position. The role requires excellent time management and leadership skills. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus.
