Job Responsibilities:
Create, prepare, and present high-quality desserts, pastries, pancakes, waffles, shakes, and other sweet delicacies.
Develop new and innovative dessert menu items that match Whipped Wagon’s brand and taste.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.
Manage inventory of dessert ingredients and coordinate with the management for stock requirements.
Ensure consistent taste, portioning, and presentation of all dishes.
Work efficiently during peak hours and collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Stay updated with modern dessert trends and techniques.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Dessert Chef, Pastry Chef, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of dessert preparation techniques.
Creativity and passion for crafting visually appealing and delicious sweets.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Degree or certification in culinary arts is a plus (not mandatory).
