Your Mission: The Heart of Home Care

You will provide essential, personalized support to our elderly or recovering clients, enhancing their daily life and well-being. Your main responsibilities include:

* Personal Care with Dignity: Assisting clients with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

* Mobility & Safety: Providing safe support with walking, transfers (in/out of bed), and exercise to enhance independence.

* Nourishment: Planning and preparing nutritious meals according to dietary needs and assisting with feeding.

* Health Monitoring: Helping with medication reminders and keeping a vigilant eye on the client's condition, promptly reporting any changes to the care team.

* Companionship: Offering a friendly presence and emotional support to prevent loneliness and create a cheerful home environment.

* Household Support: Assisting with light housekeeping, laundry, and running necessary errands.
