We are looking for a skilled and creative Multi-Cuisine Chef who can prepare a variety of dishes across Indian, Continental, and Chinese cuisines, with a special focus on barbecue and grill preparations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, strong kitchen management skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality dishes consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook multi-cuisine dishes (Indian, Continental, Chinese, etc.)
Specialize in barbecue and grilled items, ensuring taste and presentation standards
Plan and execute menus for daily service and special occasions
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen
Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers for fresh ingredients
Train and guide kitchen staff for efficient operations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Multi-Cuisine Chef, with expertise in barbecue/grilling
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Creativity in menu planning and plating presentation
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred
