Role & Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of eggless cakes (customized and regular), pastries, and other bakery items on a daily basis.
Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all products.
Innovate and create new recipes and designs in line with customer preferences and seasonal trends.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the baking area.
Manage daily baking schedules and meet customer orders on time.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cake Maker / Pastry Chef / Baker.
Expertise in baking eggless cakes and desserts (both regular and customized).
Knowledge of cake decoration, icing, and flavor combinations.
Creativity and passion for baking.
Strong attention to detail, quality, and presentation.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
