Prepare coffee, tea, shakes, and other café menu items as per SOP.
Assist in food preparation (sandwiches, waffles, snacks, etc.).
Ensure portion control and consistency in taste & quality.
Operate POS system to punch orders.
Handle cash, card, and online payments accurately.
Balance cash register at the end of the shift.
Keep the café, kitchen, and seating area clean and organized.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI guidelines).
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment.
Refill ingredients, sauces, and consumables during shift.
Report low stock items to the manager.
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) method to reduce wastage.
Prior experience in café, restaurant, or QSR preferred (not mandatory).
Basic knowledge of food & beverage preparation.
Good communication skills (Marathi/English/Hindi).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to stand for long hours.
Lift and carry items up to 10-15 kg when required.
