Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations including staff management, kitchen coordination, and customer service.

• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly maintained.

• Handle cash management, billing, and daily sales reporting.

• Manage inventory — track stock levels, reduce wastage, and coordinate supply orders.

• Lead and train outlet staff to maintain Bunny’s Kitchen service standards.

• Implement marketing offers, promotions, and new launches as directed by the Head Office.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior within the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

• Experience: 1–3 years in food/QSR/hospitality industry preferred (Freshers with leadership skills can also apply).

• Strong communication & leadership skills.

• Ability to manage a team of 6–10 members.

• Basic computer and POS handling knowledge.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekends.Perks & Benefits:
