With 15+ successful outlets and rapid expansion across Delhi and Haryana, we’re looking for passionate and responsible Store Managers to lead our teams and ensure smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations including staff management, kitchen coordination, and customer service.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly maintained.
Handle cash management, billing, and daily sales reporting.
Manage inventory — track stock levels, reduce wastage, and coordinate supply orders.
Lead and train outlet staff to maintain Bunny’s Kitchen service standards.
Implement marketing offers, promotions, and new launches as directed by the Head Office.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior within the team.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years in food/QSR/hospitality industry preferred (Freshers with leadership skills can also apply).
Strong communication & leadership skills.
Ability to manage a team of 6–10 members.
Basic computer and POS handling knowledge.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekends.Perks & Benefits:
