Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Kitchen Chef to join our culinary team in C-Scheme, Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Multi-Cuisine and Pan Asian dishes, with the ability to maintain quality, taste, and hygiene standards consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes from Indian, Continental, and Pan Asian cuisines

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times

• Assist in menu planning and recipe development as needed

• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the purchase team for raw materials

• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures strictly

• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service

• Maintain discipline and follow kitchen SOPs and time schedules

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in Multi-Cuisine and Pan Asian food

• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication and team coordination skills

• Willingness to work flexible hours and support the kitchen team as required
