We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chaat Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should be an expert in preparing a variety of Indian chaats such as golgappa, dahi bhalla, aloo tikki, papdi chaat, bhel puri, raj kachori, and other regional delicacies. The chef must ensure authentic taste, hygiene, and presentation at all times.
Prepare and serve a wide range of Indian chaat items with consistency and authentic taste.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen as per FSSAI standards.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
Innovate and experiment with new chaat recipes and fusion options.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with the purchase team for timely replenishment.
Maintain the standard recipes and portion sizes.
Train junior kitchen staff on chaat preparation and hygiene practices.
Ensure timely preparation during peak hours.
Coordinate with the service staff for smooth kitchen operations.
