We are looking for a Chef to join our team OriBonng and prepare authentic bengali and odia meals for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff as & when required. The position offers an in-hand salary of 18,000 - 27,000 (depending upon the experience and expertise).

• Cook food in a timely manner.

• Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients as per the requirement.

• Supervise the kitchen helpers to get the best deliveries.

• Should be able customise the dishes to meet customers’ needs and requests (example: No dairy, exclude nuts, no spicy).

• Check the freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.

• Must be able to speak and understand bengali or odia or both.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass and 5-10 years of Experience. Familiarity with cooking techniques (advance & non-traditional), recipes, and sanitation regulations are ideal for the position. The role requires excellent time management and leadership skills. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus.

Candidate should be willing to come for an interview in person and give a TRIAL cooking prior selection.
