Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team at our hotel in Manish Nagar. The chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality veg and non-veg rolls, wraps, and Chinese dishes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of veg and non-veg rolls, wraps, and Chinese dishes (e.g., noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, etc.)

• Ensure food is prepared in a timely and hygienic manner according to standard recipes.

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow FSSAI food safety and sanitation standards.

• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and coordinate with management for replenishment.

• Ensure proper storage of raw materials and leftovers.

• Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation of food.

• Train and supervise kitchen staff or assistants, if any.

• Innovate and suggest new menu items or improvements.

• Handle customer orders or feedback when needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a chef or cook (especially in rolls/wraps and Chinese cuisine)

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene practices

• Good time management and multitasking skills

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (additional culinary training is a plus)
