About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.

• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment, and seating areas.

• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle cash or digital payments.

• Educate customers about our menu, recommend drinks, and upsell food or beverage items.

• Manage inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies.

• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role (preferred but not mandatory).

• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
