Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct and lead practical training sessions on all bakery products (breads, pastries, cakes).
· Demonstrate proper techniques (mixing, proofing, decorating, oven operation) and coach staff to proficiency.
· Evaluate beneficiaries’ performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to established recipe and quality standards.
· Maintain strict compliance & enforce food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.
· Maintain beneficiaries’ data online and offline.
