About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Content Writer Manager with strong leadership abilities and deep technical writing expertise. The candidate must have proven Team Leader experience and the ability to manage writers, plan content strategies, and deliver high-quality tech content consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of technical writers

• Plan, create, edit, and review high-quality technical content: blogs, whitepapers, website content, product documentation, KB articles, SEO content, case studies, etc.

• Develop and maintain a strategic content roadmap and publishing calendar

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to gather technical insights

• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality across all technical and product-related content

• Conduct performance reviews and train writers to improve their skills

• Perform regular content audits and optimize existing content

• Ensure content aligns with brand tone, SEO practices, and documentation standards

• Stay updated on trends in AI, IT, SaaS, cloud, and emerging technologies

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of total experience in technical content writing

• Minimum 2+ years of proven Team Leader or Managerial experience (must-have)

• Strong understanding of IT, software, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, SaaS, and tech domains

• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills

• Experience with SEO, keyword research, and content analytics

• Proficiency in tools like Confluence, Notion, Grammarly, Jira, CMS platforms

• Strong communication and project management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Journalism, IT, Computer Science, or related fields

• Experience in B2B tech companies or software product documentation

• Familiarity with AI writing/collaboration tools
