Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Communication & Relationship Management • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients. • Understand client needs, objectives, and brand guidelines. • Maintain strong relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. 2. Campaign Coordination • Brief internal teams (creative, design, media, production) on project requirements. • Monitor campaign progress and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. • Coordinate revisions, approvals, and final deliveries. 3. Project & Account Management • Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation. • Track deliverables, approvals, and billing processes. • Escalate delays or issues proactively and suggest resolutions. 4. Strategy & Insights • Participate in brainstorming sessions and client strategy meetings. • Collect market insights, competitive activity, and performance data to support planning. • Provide feedback to creative teams based on client preferences and market trends. 5. New Client Acquisition • Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients through networking, market research, and referrals. • Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and participating in presentations to prospects. • Collaborate with senior team members to convert leads into long-term clients. 6. Reporting & Documentation • Maintain updated records of client interactions and campaign status. • Prepare meeting notes, status reports, and monthly performance summaries.
