Key Role & Responsibility:
● Collaborate with creative teams to develop comprehensive social media campaigns and marketing strategies that align with client goals and deliver measurable results.
● Conduct in-depth research on client products/services, target audiences, and industry trends to inform strategic content creation and campaign development.
● Content Creation & Copywriting: ○ Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for all social channels, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and Google.
○ Develop and maintain consistent brand voice and tone guidelines for diverse clients.
○ Edit and proofread all copy rigorously to ensure accuracy, clarity, and grammatical perfection.
● Confidently present creative ideas and copy to clients, effectively incorporating their feedback for optimal outcomes.
● Campaign Management & Engagement: ○ Handle daily social media posting and actively engage with online communities to foster growth in followers and likes.
○ Monitor social media analytics, track performance, and report on key metrics.
● Continuously research and integrate emerging trends and best practices in social media advertising and copywriting.
● Work seamlessly with designers, account managers, and other team members to ensure copy and creative concepts are cohesive and meet overall campaign objectives.
● Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest client satisfaction.7. Required Education &
Experience:
a) Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in journalism, English, communications, or a related discipline
b) Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides
c) Experience with content management systems
d) A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
e) Good command of the English Language
f) Familiar with social media tools & platforms like Meta, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Hubspot, Google, etc
