About Giggling Monks Media
We’re a young, quirky, fast-growing specialised video ad agency that believes advertising should entertain, not interrupt. 

Now, we’re looking for a Creative Associate (preferably female) to bring in a strong feminine perspective and help us shape ideas that resonate with diverse audiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Idea Generator: Come up with original, scroll-stopping ideas for video ads, campaigns, and branded content.

• Brainstormer-in-Chief: Participate in collaborative jam sessions with our creative team—bounce ideas, crack jokes, and land genius insights.

• Culture-Driven Thinker: Stay on top of pop culture trends, meme formats, viral content, and what's brewing on social platforms.

• Project Overlooker: Support the team in overseeing projects from idea to execution—ensuring the creative stays sharp and true to the concept.

• Deck Queen: Help prepare pitch decks and moodboards using Canva and Google Slides that wow clients.

• Team Collaborator: Work closely with writers, editors, directors, and the BD team to bring ideas to life.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3 months to 1 year of experience in a creative/advertising role

• A strong love for storytelling and advertising, especially video ads

• Passionate about culture, trends, internet humor, and brand work

• Confident using Canva and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)

• Proactive, curious, and a great communicator
  

Bonus if you:

• Have experience creating reels or content for Instagram

• Have studied Mass Comm / Advertising / Media / Fine Arts (not mandatory)
