Communicate directly with clients via phone, email, or meetings
Understand and document the key issues clients faced prior to using our application
Gather detailed feedback on how our product addressed those challenges
Write professional summaries, internal reports, and client-use content
Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and insights
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment
Contribute to improving client communication processes and templates
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in client communication, content writing, customer success, or related roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
Ability to extract useful insights through conversations and structure them clearly in written form
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, MS Office, and email communication.

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
Professional, responsible, and empathetic in client interactions.
Willing and ready to travel as required.
