About the Role

We’re hiring a Content Copyright & Proofreading Executive to join our in-house content team. Your job will be to polish, protect, and perfect written content across websites, blogs, social media, and internal documentation. If you’re great with English, can spot errors easily, and love clear, professional writing — we’d love to work with you!

Key Responsibilities

• Proofread and edit all content for spelling, grammar, formatting, and clarity

• Ensure originality by checking plagiarism using tools like Grammarly, Copyscape, etc.

• Maintain tone, structure, and language style consistent with our brand guidelines

• Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketers to finalize materials

• Rewrite or improve content for better flow and readability

• Ensure 100% error-free and publication-ready material

• Help organize and manage content libraries, style guides, and documentation

What We're Looking For

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Sharp eye for detail and strong grammar skills

• Knowledge of tools like Grammarly, Hemingway Editor, and Copyscape

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or similar preferred

• 0–5 years of experience in proofreading/editing (Freshers with skills are welcome)
