Position: Cashier (Restaurant)

Location:Pattamundai,Kendrapara

Interview Mode:Telephonic/Onsite

Main Responsibilities

Welcome customers politely and provide good customer service
Generate bills and process customer payments (cash, card, UPI, wallet, etc.)
Maintain daily cash balance and billing records
Operate POS (Point of Sale) billing system
Handle takeaway and online order billing
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for order updates
Answer customer queries regarding menu, prices, and offers
Issue invoices, receipts, and refund bills when required
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter
Check and report billing or payment discrepancies
Prepare daily sales reports and submit to management
Support restaurant operations during busy hours
Maintain customer data and loyalty program records if applicable
Ensure proper opening and closing cash procedures

Required Skills

Basic computer and billing software knowledge
Good communication skills
Cash handling and calculation accuracy
Customer service attitude
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
Team coordination skills

Qualification

Minimum 10th / 12th pass
Experience in restaurant or retail billing preferred
Knowledge of POS software is an advantage
