Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism.

• Accurately handle billing, cash, card, and UPI transactions using POS systems.

• Maintain proper records of daily sales, receipts, and balances.

• Issue receipts, invoices, and refunds if applicable.

• Schedule and confirm client appointments in coordination with the service team.

• Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.

• Manage basic product inquiries and upsell when appropriate.

• Assist with end-of-day cash and transaction reconciliation.

• Handle client calls and respond to queries with a service-focused attitude.

• Report any transaction issues or discrepancies to the manager immediately.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in cashiering or front-desk roles (Salon/Retail experience preferred).

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Familiarity with billing systems and digital payment methods.

• Presentable appearance and polite customer handling.

• Trustworthy, punctual, and detail-oriented.
