Training & Mentoring: Train junior carpenters and enforce safety procedures.
Inventory Management: Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and maintained.
Liaison: Act as the point of contact between the carpentry crew and site management or contractors.

Extensive carpentry experience (5+ years preferred)
