The Interior Carpenter will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and installing wooden structures, furniture, and fittings for residential, commercial, and builder projects. Key Responsibilities - Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design specifications.- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, plywood, MDF, and laminates for furniture and fixtures.- Install doors, windows, cabinets, wardrobes, modular kitchens, partitions, and false ceilings.- Repair, refurbish, and maintain existing wooden structures and furniture.- Operate carpentry tools, machines, and equipment safely and efficiently.- Collaborate with interior designers, site engineers, and builders to ensure design accuracy.- Ensure all work meets quality standards, timelines, and compliance with safety regulations.- Maintain inventory of materials and report requirements to the supervisor.- Follow audit-ready documentation practices for material usage and job completion (important for builder compliance).Work Environment- Site-based work (residential/commercial projects).- May involve travel to multiple project locations.- Requires physical stamina and ability to handle tools and materials.
