Your Role at a Glance:

✨ Cast kids with the right look, charm, and talent

👗 Coordinate styling – from trendy outfits to themed costumes

💄 Assist in makeup & grooming to enhance each child’s on-screen appeal

📸 Organize & conduct auditions, look tests, and portfolio shoots

💬 Communicate with parents, stylists, and production heads

📝 Maintain a database of talent profiles, size charts, and style preferences

🎥 Support during shoots to ensure every child looks camera-ready

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:

🌟 Creative with a strong sense of fashion and aesthetics

🧒 Loves working with kids and understands their unique expressions

👚 Has an eye for detail – from outfit coordination to hair accessories

💬 Excellent communicator, both with children and adults

📸 Social media savvy (Instagram, WhatsApp, Pinterest, etc.)

⏱️ Highly organized and ready to hustle during shoots

Bonus Points If You Have:

✔️ Experience in kids wear, styling, grooming, or fashion coordination

✔️ Basic makeup or hairstyling skills

✔️ Knowledge of current fashion trends for children

✔️ A portfolio or Instagram page that reflects your creative work
