ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: THERAPIST

ü  To perform services for hair, skin & weight loss treatments and laser treatment

ü  To maintain hygienic set up in the room and ensure that all equipment’s and items present in the room are clean and fit for use.

ü  Being attentive to Customers at all times.

ü  Assuring the highest standard of customer care and services at all time, explaining the benefits of the service.

ü  Helping customers to complete medical questionnaires so any allergies or health issues are flagged up.

ü  Making sure that all equipment is properly sanitized and cleaned.

ü  Create, Maintain & Update Patient’s Database on a regular basis.

ü  Multitask to ensure smooth Clinic Functioning.

ü  Handle inbound calls and taking messages, fixing appointments, transferring calls to concerned person.

ü  Responsible for doing outbound calls (Bundle Calling) to the clients as per the instructions / targets allotted.

ü  Responsible for Product Explanation and Upselling & Cross Selling.

ü  Responsible for Feedback, Review and Reference Collection.
