Maintain accuracy in following pre- and post-treatment protocols.
Client Care & Education
Provide guidance to clients on skincare routines, product usage, and lifestyle tips for better results.
Ensure clients feel comfortable and informed during all procedures.
Clinic Hygiene & Safety
Follow strict hygiene standards and sterilization protocols for all equipment and work areas.
Ensure proper handling and storage of products and instruments.
Sales & Upselling
Promote clinic services, packages, and retail skincare products to meet sales targets.
Explain benefits and results of treatments to encourage client retention.
Record Keeping & Follow-up
Maintain detailed records of client treatments, progress, and preferences.
Follow up with clients for aftercare and upcoming appointments.
Teamwork & Support
Coordinate with doctors, counselors, and other staff to deliver seamless client service.
Assist in front-desk activities when required, including scheduling appointments.
Professional Development
Stay updated with the latest skincare trends, treatments, and technologies.
Participate in training sessions conducted by the clinic or product partners.
