Role Overview:

We seek skilled and passionate Skin Therapists/Laser Technicians/cosmetologist to join our founding team. You will perform cutting-edge aesthetic procedures, guide clients on their skincare journeys, and uphold our clinic’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform non-invasive skin treatments (e.g., chemical peels, microdermabrasion, facials).

Operate laser/light-based devices (hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation).

Conduct thorough skin analyses and design personalized treatment plans.

Maintain strict hygiene/safety protocols and manage equipment upkeep.

Educate clients on pre/post-procedure care and recommend home-care products.

Assist in clinic operations, including inventory management and client records.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 1–3 years in clinical aesthetics, laser procedures, or medi-spas.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating lasers (Q-switch, diode,Hydrafacial etc.) and skincare devices.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and client relationship-building abilities.
