Supervise and manage daily salon operations (massage & skin services)
Coordinate staff schedules for massage therapists and skin care professionals
Ensure high-quality client service and customer satisfaction
Greet and handle client queries, bookings, and feedback
Monitor inventory of massage oils, creams, and skincare products
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols at all times
Train and manage staff performance and grooming standards
Handle billing, daily sales reports, and POS operations
Support promotional offers or package planning for client retention
Follow up with regular clients and manage appointment reminders
Minimum 3 years of experience managing a spa or wellness center
Good knowledge of massage and facial services (not hairstyling)
Strong communication and coordination skills (English & Hindi)
Customer-oriented attitude and professional grooming
Basic computer skills (Excel, email, billing software)
Diploma in Beauty & Wellness or Spa Management
Familiarity with appointment management software is a plus
