We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hair Trainer to join our Beauty Training Academy. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality hair cut, colour, styling and treatment training to students, ensuring they acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical skills as per industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct training sessions in various hair-related topics such as cutting, coloring, styling, hair treatments, and scalp care in both theory & practical.
•Monitor and assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
•Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, products, and techniques in the hair industry.
•Maintain a safe, hygienic, and professional training environment.
•Guide and mentor students for industry readiness and certification.
•Coordinate with the administration for scheduling, assessments, and student progress tracking.
•Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
• Maintaining & preparing timely reports on excel
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.

Qualifications and Experience:
•Diploma or certification in Hairdressing from a recognized institution.
•Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in the hair industry.
•Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Passion for education and talent development.
