Key Responsibilities:

• Suggest suitable beauty therapies and products based on client needs.

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the salon.

• Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized after every use.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.

• Maintain client records and service history.

• Upsell salon services and retail products when appropriate.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in cosmetology / beauty therapy from a recognized institute.

• 1–3 years of experience in a salon or spa (freshers with good skills may also apply).

• Knowledge of skin types, beauty products, and safety procedures.

• Pleasant personality with good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
