Job Description:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily travel operations, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams. The role involves managing tour packages, handling bookings, maintaining service quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute domestic & international tour operations.
Coordinate with hotels, transporters, and DMCs for bookings and confirmations.
Monitor costing, billing, and vendor payments.
Ensure timely delivery of travel documents and itineraries.
Handle client queries, complaints, and post-travel feedback.
Supervise the operations team and ensure process efficiency.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners.
Work closely with the sales and accounts team for smooth operations.
