Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Assistant to support tender management activities. The candidate will be responsible for preparing tender documents, handling online bid submissions, coordinating with departments, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and track government tenders

• Prepare tender documentation

• Upload bids on GeM, nProcure, CPPP, and other portals

• Maintain tender records and reports

• Coordinate with internal teams for required documents

• Handle email communication and follow-ups

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of GeM/nProcure/CPPP portals

• Good MS Excel and MS Office skills

• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Attention to detail
