Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using bank-provided databases or cold leads.
Promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and fixed deposits.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable financial products and solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in CRM systems.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues as needed.
Follow up with leads and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies during customer interactions.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in banking, finance, or insurance.
Skills:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Goal-oriented with a sales-driven mindset.
Good knowledge of banking products is a plus.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
