Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Installation Supervisor to manage a team of technicians responsible for wall mounting and installing interactive panels at customer locations. This role involves planning, supervising, quality control, and ensuring timely and efficient installations while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and assign daily tasks to installation technicians based on project schedules.
Coordinate site surveys and pre-installation assessments.
Supervise installation activities to ensure compliance with technical standards and safety protocols.
Train and guide technicians on best practices for panel mounting and client handling.
Ensure correct and secure mounting of interactive panels according to manufacturer guidelines.
Monitor team performance, attendance, and job quality.
Act as the point of contact for clients during the installation process.
Resolve any on-site technical or operational issues faced by the team.
Maintain tools, installation kits, and manage inventory of mounting accessories.
Ensure timely documentation, site reports, and customer sign-offs post installation.
Coordinate with the project and sales teams for scheduling and feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related technical field.
At least 1 years of experience in AV or IT equipment installation, including team management experience.
Strong understanding of wall mounting techniques, safety standards, and AV connectivity.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams across various locations.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
Willingness to travel to installation sites as required.
