Job Title: Supervisor (Excel Knowledge Required)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Supervisor to oversee daily operations, maintain records, and support reporting activities. Candidates with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel are preferred. Freshers with strong Excel skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities.

• Maintain and update records, reports, and data in Excel.

• Monitor team performance and ensure tasks are completed on time.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Track inventory, attendance, or operational data as required.

• Communicate with team members and management regarding work progress.

• Identify and resolve routine operational issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data management, and reporting).

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Prior supervisory experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
