Key Responsibilities

1. Stenography & Documentation

2. Legal Support

3. Coordination & Follow-Up

• Coordinate with internal departments, law firms, advocates, and government officials when required.

• Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and handle legal communication.

4. Record Management & Confidentiality

• Maintain secure and well-organized legal archives (digital & physical).

• Ensure strict confidentiality for sensitive documents and company matters.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent typing and shorthand speed (mention required speed e.g., 60–80 wpm & 80–100 wpm shorthand).

• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documentation, and drafting basics.

• Good computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, legal typing formats).

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Professional communication and discretion.
