The Purchase Manager is responsible for sourcing and procuring raw materials, packaging, and other goods necessary for the FMCG production and distribution processes. Procurement Planning:
Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring adequate stock levels for uninterrupted production and distribution.
Vendor Management:
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure high-quality materials at competitive prices. Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Cost Optimization:
Continuously analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Inventory Management:
