Job Title: Purchase Assistant -

Location: Grant Road, Mumbai

Department: Purchase

Employment Type: Full-Time

Office Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Follow up with vendors on all POs placed and ensure timely updates.

Track delivery schedules and coordinate status with relevant departments.

Assist in resolving order-related queries or delays.

Maintain PO follow-up tracker and update internal teams regularly.

Act as a backup for documentation and purchase coordination.

Key Requirements:

Graduate in any stream.

1–2 years of experience in purchase or procurement follow-up.

Proficient in MS Excel and written communication.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
