Roles & Responsibilities:

Collect rates/quotations from vendors as per material requirement.

Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) as directed.

Assist the Purchase Manager in daily purchase coordination tasks.

Maintain records of vendor quotations and PO status.

Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements.

Support in maintaining vendor database and rate contracts.

Key Requirements:

Graduate in any stream (preferred: B.Com/BBA).

Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & email writing.

Good communication and follow-up skills.

Detail-oriented and able to manage records efficiently.
