The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, products, and services essential for the organization’s operations. This role ensures timely procurement, cost optimization, vendor management, and adherence to quality standards while maintaining accurate purchase records and supporting smooth supply chain activities.

Track consumption and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers.
Maintain healthy vendor relationships and resolve supply-related issues.
Negotiate pricing, credit terms, delivery schedules, and long-term agreements.
Analyze price trends, market fluctuations, and cost-saving opportunities.
Negotiate competitive rates without compromising quality.
Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor data, GRNs, invoices, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement standards, and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with finance for invoice clearance and payments.
