We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, and cost optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure timely sourcing of materials and services while maintaining quality, compliance, and operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers while maintaining strong partnerships with existing vendors.

• Procurement & Sourcing: Conduct market research, analyze pricing trends, and implement effective sourcing strategies.

• Purchase Order Management: Create, review, and process purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency.

• Cost Control: Monitor procurement costs, negotiate favorable terms, and optimize total cost of ownership.

• Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with planning and warehouse teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience in procurement or purchase operations.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
