Job Profile:

Key Responsibilities:

· Source and procure high-quality materials and products from local and international suppliers.

· Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.

· Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.

· Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.

· Evaluate supplier performance and maintain a database of approved suppliers.

· Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and trends in the industry.

· Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions in accordance with company policies.

· Coordinate with the manufacturing and quality control teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials that meet quality standards.

· Monitor and manage procurement budgets and ensure cost savings.

· Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement activities.

· Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers and ensure smooth procurement operations.

· Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier interactions.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or similar role.

· Strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.

· Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficient in the use of procurement software and MS Office.

· Knowledge of the polyurethane and specialty chemical industry is a plus.
