• Coordinate with the project/site teams for urgent or daily material needs.

• Maintain and update purchase records and daily field visit reports.

• Follow up with vendors for delivery, quality checks, and timely billing.

• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.

• Ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality.

• Assist in stock checks and vendor audits as required.
