Job Summary: 

As a member of the Processing Associate within the Operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient data processing in accordance with client requirements and company standards. You will be responsible for executing processing tasks while maintaining high levels of quality, security, and adherence to agreed turnaround times. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Data Processing: 

● Execute data processing tasks as per client specifications and internal guidelines. 

● Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and quality of processed data through thorough review and validation. 

● Compliance: Adhere strictly to security protocols and compliance requirements while handling sensitive client data. 

● Timeliness: Meet or exceed agreed turnaround times for processing tasks to ensure client satisfaction. 

● Training and Development: Participate in training sessions for new processes and contribute to cross-training initiatives within the team. 

● Process Planning and Execution: Contribute to planning and forecasting of processing tasks, ensuring efficient execution within client-approved budgets. 

● Confidentiality: 

Adhere to and work to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and information handled by the company. 

• Reporting Structure: 

The Processing Team Members report to the Account Manager.
