We are looking for an efficient and trustworthy Operations & Inventory Assistant to manage storage, inventory, packing, dispatch, labour coordination, and basic driving tasks for our malas and handicraft products business.Key Responsibilities:Receive, sort, and store malas, beads, handicrafts, and packaging materialsMaintain accurate Excel-based stock reports (in/out)Manage day-to-day packing and dispatch operationsPrepare courier labels, dispatch slips, and maintain shipment recordsCoordinate with labour for packing, loading, unloading, and material movementDrive for materia/owerl pick-up/drop whenever requiredUse basic mobile apps for order management and trackingMaintain cleanliness and organization of storage area
