We are looking for a reliable Accounts & Field Executive to assist in managing our financial records, share-related work, and day-to-day field operations. The role will involve handling basic accounts, maintaining records of shares/investments, and coordinating field visits for banking, documentation, and compliance purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounts, ledgers, and financial records

• Handle shares/Demat account work, basic trading records, and documentation

• Prepare and manage official paperwork, filings, and reports

• Visit banks, government offices, and vendors for submission/collection of documents

• Maintain digital and physical filing systems (Excel, Word, records)

• Assist in routine office administration and operational support

Core Skills Required:

• Knowledge of basic accounting & finance

• Familiarity with shares / stock market operations (Demat, trading platforms)

• Proficiency in MS Excel & Word

• Documentation & compliance handling

• Field coordination for banking and official tasks
