We are looking for a dynamic Operations & Front Office Assistant to manage patient registration, appointments, billing support, and coordination between doctors, nurses, and other staff. The role includes guiding patients, handling payments, supervising housekeeping and vendor activities, and ensuring smooth hospital operations. The candidate will also assist with basic IT troubleshooting, patient transfers, and organizing health programs. Strong multitasking, good communication in English, Hindi, and the local language, proficiency in MS Office and hospital ERP software, and a problem-solving attitude are essential. Maintaining confidentiality, following SOPs, and supporting multiple departments as needed are key to success in this role.
