Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Operations Head to oversee and streamline our

day-to-day operations at our architectural and interior designing firm. The ideal candidate will

have strong communication skills, excellent command over Excel, and experience managing

vendors, clients, and site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments

Handle vendor management – sourcing, negotiations, and timely delivery follow-ups

Client handling and pitching of services/projects professionally

Attend client meetings and prepare MoMs (Minutes of Meeting)

Coordinate and conduct regular site visits to ensure project timelines and quality

Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and team coordination

Maintain operational reports and documentation in Excel with proficiency

Ensure timely resolution of on-ground challenges and smooth workflow

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general documentation

Experience in vendor coordination and client interactions

Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Prior experience in architectural/interior domain will be an added advantage

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Architecture/Design background preferred but not

mandatory)

2-3 years Experience.
