Role Overview:
We are seeking a competent and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the operational processes of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining high productivity, and supporting organizational goals through effective resource and process management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily business operations and ensure optimal functioning across departments
Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations
Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and drive cost-saving initiatives
Supervise and support operational staff to achieve performance targets
Analyze operational data and generate performance reports for senior management
Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective measures
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and issue resolution
Ensure timely delivery of services and products
Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an operations management or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP tools, and operations-related software
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale operations
